This Privacy Policy applies to this website and coaching intake operated by Steven J. Rzezuski, doing business as Beantown Coaching (“Beantown Coaching,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It covers information collected through the website and information you provide when asking about coaching.

Beantown Coaching operates this intake independently. Intake information is used only for coaching and related follow-up. It is not provided to unrelated businesses or used to market unrelated products or services.

Information you may provide

The information requested depends on the coaching path you choose. It may include:

• Contact information, including your name, email address, and telephone number.
• Coaching intake information, including your selected prompts, free-form responses, goals, perceived obstacles, readiness to move forward, and current progress rating.
• Your ratings for Self, Daily Habits, Relationships, Career, Wealth, and Purpose, and the life area you select as most important.
• Other information you choose to provide when communicating with us.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account or payment-card numbers, medical records or diagnoses, government-issued identification numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information that the intake does not request.

Information collected automatically

The services used to host and protect this website may automatically receive limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, and the date and time of a request. We do not currently use advertising cookies, behavioral advertising tools, or website analytics tools.

The website uses browser session storage to remember the coaching path you selected during the current browser session. Draft responses are held in your browser while the page remains open and are cleared when you refresh or close the page. Your completed intake is transmitted only when you select “Send my responses.”

How we use information

We use submitted information only as reasonably necessary to:

• Review and respond to your coaching inquiry.
• Help Steven J. Rzezuski understand your stated goals and prepare for a coaching conversation with you.
• Contact you manually by telephone or email about your coaching inquiry.
• Deliver your completed intake to Steven J. Rzezuski by email and send a separate confirmation email to the address you provide.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and intake experience.
• Comply with applicable law, enforce our terms, prevent misuse, and protect our rights and the safety of others.

Coaching responses are used only for coaching and related follow-up. They are not used for unrelated advertising or to market unrelated products or services.

How information may be disclosed

We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:

• Steven J. Rzezuski, as the operator of Beantown Coaching, so he can review and respond to your inquiry.
• Service providers that host, secure, maintain, or support the website and intake. These currently include Netlify for website hosting and request processing, Resend for email delivery, and Google for delivery and storage in the designated Gmail inbox.
• Government authorities, courts, or other parties when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the website.
• A successor in connection with a sale, merger, reorganization, or transfer of Beantown Coaching, subject to applicable law and the commitments described in this policy.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.

Telephone and email contact

By selecting “Send my responses,” you ask Steven J. Rzezuski to respond to your coaching inquiry by manual telephone call or email. Your completed intake is transmitted to Steven by email, and the website sends an automated email confirming receipt. This website does not request consent for automated calls, prerecorded calls, text messages, or unrelated marketing campaigns. You may ask not to be contacted again at any time.

Retention

We retain completed intake submissions for six months after your last interaction with Beantown Coaching, unless a longer retention period is required by law. “Last interaction” means your most recent coaching-related email, telephone call, meeting, or other communication with Beantown Coaching.

Service providers may retain limited information for shorter operational periods or as required by law and their contractual obligations. Subject to applicable exceptions, you may request earlier deletion using the contact information below.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, email service, or method of transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Your choices and requests

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may ask us to confirm whether we maintain information about you, provide access to it, correct it, or delete it. You may also withdraw your contact request or ask us not to use your information for further coaching follow-up.

Send requests to beantowncca@gmail.com. To protect your information, we may ask for details reasonably necessary to verify your identity. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.

Children

This website is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 through this intake. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so it can be addressed.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, services, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. We will update this policy before materially changing how personal information is collected, used, or disclosed and will provide any additional notice required by law.
