These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and National Financial Network (“NFN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning this website, which is presented by Steven J. Rzezuski on NFN’s behalf. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit an intake.

It requests and authorizes manual telephone or email contact about your insurance inquiry and authorizes transmission of the completed intake to Steven J. Rzezuski by email. The website also sends an automated email confirming receipt. It does not authorize automated calls, prerecorded calls, text messages, or unrelated marketing campaigns, and it is not an insurance application or electronic signature on an insurance contract.
