Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Steven J. Rzezuski, doing business as Beantown Coaching (“Beantown Coaching,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning this website. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit an intake.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. The website and intake are intended for adults located in the United States.

Purpose of the website

This website provides a preliminary intake for people interested in coaching with Steven J. Rzezuski through Beantown Coaching. Its content and questions are intended to help you reflect on your goals and help Steven prepare to respond to your inquiry.

The website does not guarantee that coaching will be offered or that a particular goal or outcome will be achieved. Any coaching engagement, scope, scheduling, fees, and responsibilities will be addressed separately.

Coaching is not professional advice or treatment

Coaching is not medical care, mental-health treatment, psychotherapy, crisis support, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, or financial planning. Website content and intake questions are provided for general reflection and communication and should not be treated as a diagnosis, recommendation, or substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Do not rely on this website for an emergency or urgent medical or mental-health need. Contact an appropriate emergency service or qualified professional when immediate assistance is required.

No coaching relationship from the intake

Visiting the website, completing an intake, or receiving a response does not by itself create a coach-client relationship or require either you or Beantown Coaching to begin a coaching engagement. A coaching relationship begins only when any required separate agreement and onboarding process have been completed.

Your information and electronic submission

You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and yours to provide. Do not submit information about another person without lawful authority. Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account or payment-card numbers, medical records or diagnoses, government-issued identification numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information that the intake does not request.

Selecting “Send my responses” is your electronic action confirming the disclosure shown with the button. It requests and authorizes manual telephone or email contact about your coaching inquiry and authorizes transmission of the completed intake to Steven J. Rzezuski through the service providers described in the Privacy Policy. The website also sends an automated email confirming receipt. It does not authorize automated calls, prerecorded calls, text messages, or unrelated marketing campaigns.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the categories of information handled through the website, how the information is used and disclosed, how long completed intakes are retained, and the choices available to you. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

Permitted use
